RGB was established in 1999 by a group of industry professionals. The company’s objective was to offer a bespoke recruitment service to clients within the Natural and built environment sector.

Today we have an annual turnover in excess of £5 million, with a team of 20 staff and are recognised as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of white collar professionals to the construction sector.

We make use of a bespoke training partner whose training courses have been specifically designed for our business and we encourage that all our consultants complete the REC qualification. 

RGB was part acquired at the end of 2006 by Network group holdings PLC which is part of the Pertemps group of company’s. Network group holdings PLC has a further 23 individual recruitment company’s under its banner.

RGB attributes its success to an ongoing commitment to develop its staff and offer them every opportunity to excel and achieve all their career aspirations whilst at RGB. In 2002 we achieved the Investor award which underlines our commitment to our staff.

We regularly reward our staff with quarterly performance based incentives which has resulted in us visiting some of Europe’s most popular destinations, such as Prague, Madrid, Barcelona and Puerto Banus.

We always hold an annual Christmas party where we recognise our top performers with performance related awards. We have a high achievers club that meets on a quarterly basis and have enjoyed events such as private boxes at Ascot, Cheltenham and Epsom racecourse, a coveted table at the launch of the FA Cup dinner and dance and many other unique events.

We are very proud of the fact that we have many longstanding members of staff and that our Board Directors and senior management team have been home grown. We are a meritocracy and we always reward hard work and exceptional performance.

We have gained a significant International reputation over the past couple of years developing key client relationships across the Middle East and Asia and look to continue with our ambitious expansion plans over the next 3 years. We envisage that there will be numerous opportunities both in the UK and Internationally.
