Senior Management
Graeme Lingenfelder – Managing Director Graeme joined RGB as a consultant in 2001, originally from an Architectural background he was initially tasked with establishing the Interior Design desk before moving onto the Architectural team, of which he was Team Leader from 2003. He has progressed through the company as Branch Manager, UK Sales Manager and then Associate Director in 2007. In Q4 of 2008 Graeme’s focus shifted to the International market where he and his team established the RGB brand across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. He was tasked with developing a team and establishing a world-wide presence with a view to opening further branches of RGB outside of the UK. In 2010 Graeme was promoted to his current position of Managing Director of RGB Network, tasked with the future expansion and profitability of the business. A keen golfer and lover of all things South African, Graeme is often found condemning the futileness of football in comparison to the game of rugby and is never shy to remind us all of who the World Champions are!
![]() Chris Blunden – Director Having completed a Masters degree in civil engineering at Exeter University Chris worked in the construction industry for nearly 4 years before deciding to move to London and start his career in recruitment. Having worked in both IT recruitment and internal recruitment for one of the major players in city, Chris joined RGB in January 2003. It didn’t take him long to get going as he was the first person in the company to bill £30k in one month and he did this in the 4th month in the company on a brand new desk. Since then he has set records for highest monthly billings, highest quarterly billings, highest yearly billings as well as winning the consultant of the year and permanent consultant of the year on a number of occasions. Having been a team leader and member of the Senior Management team for a number of years he progressed through to Associate Director in 2009 and joined the Board as Director in 2010. Outside of work his main hobbies and interests lie in rugby, cricket and golf which makes for ‘interesting debate’ when discussing these subjects with Graeme, especially when its England vs South Africa!!
Louise Parkes – Sales Support Manager Louise Parkes joined RGB in 2002 as a Resourcer and then quickly moved over to the support side where she has worked for the last 8 years. She was on maternity leave for 7 months in 2006 and rejoined the team in January 2007 before having her second child in 2009. Louise became the Sales Support Manager in September 2007 and has revolutionised the Support team to be a lean and effective division with the crucial role of providing administrative and payroll services to the business. She works closely with the credit control team in Meriden and is part of the Senior Management Team. She has two little boys who keep her on her toes and ensure that she remains sharp when not at RGB.
