Job title: Assistant Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

Our client, an award winning construction consultancy are seeking an assistant project manager to join their London office.

Company profile:

Multi-disciplinary practice with 130 staff across 7 offices nationwide. The business is 45 years old, with a well-established client base across: commercial, retail, education, leisure, residential, heritage and mixed-use. They cover the following disciplines: building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, sustainability and M&E.

Assistant project manager role:

You will be based in the London office where there are 30-40 staff. You will be joining the project management team, supporting on the team delivering on mostly commercial projects. You will be involved in the process from inception through to completion, and will eventually take lead on the smaller value projects, as well as assisting on the higher value projects.

Assistant project manager requirements:

  • Relevant construction related degree (building surveying, quantity surveying, construction management, project management)
  • 12 months minimum consultancy experience
  • Client facing, commercial and professional
  • Real passion for construction

You can expect a salary up to £45,000, depending on experience including additional benefits such as  RICS & professional member fees paid for and contribution to any CPD events.
