Job title: Assistant Project Manager (construction consultancy)
Our client, a medium sized, well-established property and construction consultancy are seeking an experienced assistant project manager to join their London office.
This business have over 70 years of providing cost consultancy and project management services across high-end residential, commercial, heritage & historic buildings, hotels and leisure properties.
Assistant project manager role:
You will be joining the team of 5 project managers, of which there are 4 MRICS and 1 at assistant level. You would be supporting the development and delivery of projects, with involvement from inception stage through to handover. You will be supporting with one other senior project manager initially, until you feel comfortable to manage your own projects. There is opportunity for you to complete your APC training and achieve MRICS status – support and guidance will be given.
