Job title: Construction Project Manager (Consultancy)
Our client, a medium sized, well-established property and construction consultancy are seeking an experienced project manager to join their London office.
This business have over 70 years of providing cost consultancy and project management services across high-end residential, commercial, heritage & historic buildings, hotels and leisure properties.
Project manager role:
You will be joining the team of 5 project managers, of which there are 4 MRICS and 1 at assistant level. You would be supporting the development and delivery of projects, with involvement from inception stage through to handover. You will be managing your own projects and occasionally supporting the director on larger schemes. There is opportunity for you to complete your APC training and achieve MRICS status – support and guidance will be given.
