Job title: Chartered Project Manager

Our client, an award winning construction consultancy are seeking a chartered project manager to join their head office in Central London. This would be a great opportunity for someone recently chartered, who is looking to take the next step into a senior position at a reputable company with excellent career progression opportunities.

Multi-disciplinary practice with 130 staff across 7 offices nationwide. The business is 45 years old, with a well-established client base across: commercial, retail, education, leisure, residential, heritage and mixed-use. They cover the following disciplines: building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, sustainability and M&E.

Chartered project manager role:

You will be joining the project management team, supporting a newly appointed associate project manager. Your will be working primarily within the commercial sector delivering project management services on office, retail, residential (and other) refurbishment, alteration, extension and fit-out projects on schemes typically ranging from £1m to £20m. There is also opportunity for you to business development and build relationships with new and existing clients.

Chartered project manager requirements:

  • MRICS qualified with a building surveying or technical background.
  • Excellent track record on delivering commercial projects.
  • Commercially driven and client facing.
  • Team player who can also take the lead and manage others & project teams.
