M&E Service Coordinator – Surrey


Salary & Package

Up to £30,000
20 Days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for a set of allocated clients, requiring daily liaising verbal and email
  • Raising customer Permits for Booking in of works
  • Booking in Works, ensuring that all relevant are updated and bookings are confirmed.
  • Answering Telephone calls, dealing with customers directly or passing to relevant dept.  
  • Costs for call outs – cost all call out jobs (labour, Travel Mileage etc.)
  • Sending out daily job reports sheets to clients
  • Ensure that any additional works highlighted on report sheets are highlighted for follow up
  • Creating Maintenance RAMs & Sending to clients with all other required documentation.
  • Chasing PO’s for works completed
  • Acknowledging PO’s , upgrading quotes and preparing paperwork including RAMS
  • Actioning own emails – in a timely and appropriate manner
  • General Support to the department and Company
  • Desired Skillset and Characteristics
  • The ideal candidate would have previously worked as a service coordinator. A working knowledge of the air conditioning would be an advantage, or experience in the Service Industry Mechanical/Electrical. 
  • A Self-Starter with exceptional organisational skills, and ability to multi task. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with good time management capability.  
  • Exceptional Communication skills as interface with numerous internal and External customers/suppliers.
  • Good computer skills with detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook Email, and Data Base use, (Use of Job Logic system a huge advantage).  Must be Numeric with knowledge of spread sheet set up.
