We supply white collar design, engineering and construction professionals to leading companies throughout the UK who are working on large scale and high profile projects including Crossrail and Battersea Power Station redevelopment.
At RGB, we're now looking to grow our Property & Surveying team with a trainee/resourcing consyultant - depending what you want to do! The role will suit a motivated and hardworking individual who is looking for a trainee/ junior sales position and wants to develop a long term career.
Initially you’ll be working under one of the company directors. You will benefit from direct support, mentoring and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing your skills via a comprehensive induction programme. This is a great way to build your knowledge and confidence - many consultants have started via this route and are now enjoying successful careers. Your development targets are clearly defined from junior level up to executive/ director positions. The speed at which you can progress within RGB is totally dependent on how hardworking, dedicated and successful you are.
We also like to put investment back into our staff as a reward. This is not just through the basic salary and commission structure, but a range of incentives including our Quarterly Company incentive. Over the past few years these have included trips to Amsterdam, Valencia, spa & gold weekends and horse races.
What we’re looking for…
You need to be driven and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude. The financial rewards can be great in recruitment, but it only comes with hard-work and drive. Most recruitment sales work is done via the telephone, so you must be prepared to cold call and canvass people you’ve never spoken to before, make business development calls and have a personality that enables you to develop relationships. In addition you will also be required to meet people in person on a regular basis. The role requires individuals who are hungry to succeed in a target driven environment.
You need to be professional and have a desire to provide the best service possible. You must also possess strong communication skills, in both verbal and written English.
We are considering recent graduates and people with previous sales experience, although neither are essential as we also want to hear from individuals who are ambitious and want to succeed in a sales role.
