£42,000 – 46,000 plus bonus, 37.5 hours per week, 32 days holiday plus 8 days customary holiday (40 days), pension and all expensed training

We are once again pleased to be supporting our client a prominent real estate company to appoint a Mechanical & Electrical Surveyor.
Their modern offices are based in the heart of Central London home to over 250 employees boasting state of the art executive meeting rooms, break-out areas, kitchens and clerical facilities.
As a company they pride themselves in delivering on some of the capitals foremost residential property and social housing major capital works programmes. They also boast healthy financial accounts, assets and turnovers making their position in the market very secure. They are also embarking on two new major works programmes each with 5 years to run worth £5m each.

The role offers the opportunity to effectively work ‘client-side’, whilst recognising that the Team is also the ‘trusted advisor’ to the Council with regards to its significant housing portfolio.
The role Mechanical & Electrical Surveyor in this instance will be to support the Capital Works Programme Manager defining new processes and streamlining existing measures. Additional day to day activities include being technical lead on issues relating to the planning of general building refurbishment projects, management of external consultants (specialist M&E) as well as Communication of project vision to relevant stakeholders.
