Their format allows for a disciplined approach to self-managing a diary and being able to ensure the delivery is completed for clients - which then allows for more leisure pursuits if required, or to be incentivised by higher earning potential via the bonus schemes.
The business is small with five surveyors all working in a hybrid home/office split week. The workload is extremely varied and concentrates on the commercial sector, with financial funds as the core clientele and private clients making up 20% of the revenue.
The workloads focuses on retail fitout, office refurbishments and building surveys, including all the main reports for party walls, dilapidations and acquisition surveys. The team is looking to add another surveyor to initially supply CAD design knowledge to a number of refurbishment schemes being initiated by clients in the near future. the projects can be spread throughout the UK, depending where the client is looking for a new scheme or acquisition to take place.
This business is ideally looking for a CAD orientated skill set, someone who is comfortable with both AutoCAD and Revit.
