Assistant Document Controller and Administrator – Essex

A successful Essex-based façade design specialist are looking for an Assistant Document Controller and Administrator with between 1-2 years’ experience to join their team. The successful candidate will work in a design office of approximately 25 people in an admin/ document control team of 4 people, reporting directly to the senior document controller.

Successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in document control/ administration
  • Hardworking and determined mindset
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience on software such as Conject, 4Projects, Viewpoint, Aconex, BC or Asite preferred but not essential
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities will include:
  • Organise and maintain files and databases
  • Manage correspondence throughout the company and externally
  • Ensure document submission and distribution to project teams and customers
  • Preparation of reports
  • General administrative duties
