Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer – Cambridgeshire  

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the UK are looking for a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to join their team based near Cambridge. The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of contaminated land projects within the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, with responsibilities including carrying out risk assessments, design of remediation schemes, client and authority liaison, as well as management of junior members of the team.

Successful Geo-Environmental Engineer will have:

  • Relevant degree
  • An ideal minimum of 8 years’ experience
  • Experience carrying out risk assessments
  • Good experience in designing remediation schemes
  • Ability to liaise with clients and authorities
  • Experience managing junior engineers
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
