An opportunity has arisen for an APC Building Surveyor to join a growing privately owned property consultancy in Kent. The office has 10 staff, of which 8 are building surveyors and architectural technical and an office manager.

Assistant building surveyor role:
You will be joining the team and answering directly to a director and chartered building surveyor with the focus of professional services. Your duties will include: contract administration, writing specifications, planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, inspections, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, party walls and dilapidations. You will be enrolled on the APC programme if you are not already, and will be given support and guidance to complete the process and achieve MRICS status.
Assistant building surveyor requirements:
- BSc / MSc / PgDip Building Surveying
- 24 months consultancy building surveying experience
- Any APC diary desirable
- Hard working, commercial and passionate about surveying
You can expect a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus other benefits to be negotiated at a later date
