An expanding business that has experienced superb growth and sustained success in recent years is looking to add a building surveyor to the team. The client has a team of over 70 personnel and an excellent track record of training junior surveyors to become qualified. A great culture to work within which is fun, driven and successful. Operating predominately in the public sector for housing and education projects.
Your role will be to work within a team of building surveyors and answering into the Associate Director and supporting the chartered surveyors with delivery for projects and surveys.
The team will expect you to hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree and a minimum of two years building consultancy experience. You will be trained comprehensively in your APC competencies and supported in the lead up to your assessment with mock interviews.
