Job Details

The Role:
Manage overall efficiency of the office environment 
Liaise with Landlord, Managing Agents, and external Facilities providers as required
Provide calendar management and other administrative support to the partners and managers.
Staff social activity coordination
Ensure Statutory Compliance with health and safety regulations
Administer health and safety risk assessments, DSEs, fire and manual handling procedures and manage records
Ensuring quality and environmental management compliance
Undertake internal audits of ISMS
HR tasks including on-boarding new starters, work station set up, ordering business cards, ensuring Health and safety guidelines are followed, sending starter/leaver letters, obtaining references, holidays and sickness etc
Manage confidential personal records
Manage the security of the office
Ensure professional meet & greet standards for visitors
Adhoc projects as and when requested
Preparing and recording weekly sales invoices
Weekly reconciliation of client invoices against payment received schedules
Undertake weekly robust credit control activities
