Mobile Service Electrician – Cambridge – 16PH
Are you a electrical service engineer, with your 17th edition that is currently looking for an exciting and leading M&E company?
My client is a M&E services contractor that specialises in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning to a wide portfolio of commercial and industrial building services.
A highly successful, multi-disciplined building services company with a turnover in excess of £40 million, you would be joining their highly experienced and well established M&E building services maintenance and facilities management team. They have many blue chip clients and work in major sectors including education, sports and leisure, healthcare, research, retail and offices with project value ranging up to 10 million.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a mobile service engineer (electrical bias) Working within buildings carrying out day to day PPM maintenance and breakdowns of commercial Electrical and Mechanical building services. Core responsibility will be on the electrical works both PPM and reactive. Additional responsibilities will vary including HVAC maintenance, Plant Room maintenance, AHU’S, Pumps, Pressurisation Unit works, pipework, FCU, across their portfolio of contracts.
In return my client is Offering:
- Hourly rate of up to 16.00 an hour on a 42.5 Hour Week
- Van, Fuel Card
- 20 days holiday + Bank
- Regular Overtime
- Travel time – engineer has to give a hour each way
- Company life insurance & Pension Scheme
- Call out Rota – 1 in 6 – 100 pound standby
The ideal candidate must have their 17th edition and either NVQ or City and guilds level 2 in electrical installations. If you also hold your 2391 this would be an added bonus as they also regularly work projects for you to get involved with.
