We're currently looking to hire additional recruitment sales staff to our team at trainee level; this could be as either a resourcer/ delivery consultant or junior recruitment consultant depending on your previous sales and recruitment experience.
Initially you’ll be working under one of the company directors or managers. You will benefit from direct support, mentoring and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing your skills via a comprehensive induction programme. This is a great way to build your knowledge and confidence - many successful consultants have started via this route. Your career development targets are clearly defined from junior level up to executive/ director positions. The speed at which you can progress within RGB is totally dependent on how hardworking, dedicated and successful you are.
