Our client is a high-end Interior Design company who are looking for a Project Administrator with the following attributes:


Requirements:

- A helpful, flexible attitude
- Good client liaison and confident communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organised
- Works well under pressure
- Good MS Office skills including Excel. EstiMac software would be advantageous.
- Well-educated and numerate
- 1-2 years' or more office experience and a full U.K. driving licence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee showroom
- Answer telephone and take messages
- Meet & greet clients for meetings/showroom
- Ensure client database is kept up to date with information from new enquiry forms
- Answer telephone and take messages
- Coordinate small projects: liaise with contractors
- Ensure all showroom goods are priced, all unpriced goods are identified/emailed to the estimator and liaise with Director to produce a price


With this role, you will be working in both the showroom and office. You will be doing a mixture of administration and client facing - so each day will be different! Please note, this is not a role for Junior Interior Designers looking for their first role in the Interior Design industry.
