Help desk Administrator –Hainault , Essex

My Client is  a well-established Building services company who is currently seek an office based administrator to help with the service and maintenance team they currently deploy in Essex and London. 

Working Conditions

  • Hours of attendance will be 8.00am to 5.00m, this includes a lunch break
  • 3 days a week with the opportunity of this rising to 5 days per week
  • Temp to perm role £10-£12ph 
Job Purpose

To carry out the administration of the service department in relation to a range of portfolios , sending engineers work rota, sending  work quotations, Subcontractors works and ordering.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Engineers packs for upcoming stores
  • Send engineers details of jobs/costs by email
  • Raising PO’s for engineers
  • Uplifting PO’s
  • Approving engineer invoices for payment before passing to accounts
  • New job numbers
  • Keep database up to date
  • Keep MP document tracker up to date
  • Uploading Certs, O&Ms and design/as installed drawings (when necessary) on to MP/OP
  • RAMS
  • Putting calendar invites into Tesco diary
  • Inputting Certs on to EIC Online
  • Approving supplier invoices on Virtual Cabinet
  • Papers to Dave/Richard for upcoming meetings
  • Updating site folders with Asbestos Surveys, H&S Docs, RAMS
  • Print off PO’s from Tesco and save in site folder
  • Telephone liaison with engineers
  • Material orders
  • Answering telephone
  • Invoicing
