  • Attend site visits and support construction queries.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
  • Working toward Chartered status (ICE or similar).
  • Knowledge of UK drainage and highway design principles.
  • Experience using Civil 3D, MicroDrainage (or Causeway Flow), PDS, and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of SuDS design and local adoption processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.

Why Apply?

  • Collaborative, design-led consultancy with diverse UK projects.
  • Clear progression pathway and chartership support.
  • Hybrid working and flexible hours.
  • Competitive salary (£36,000 – £42,000 DOE) and annual bonus scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Professional fees paid, private healthcare, and wellbeing support.
