A RICS accredited surveying practice that opertates throughout the UK, has a vacancy available for a Residential Surveyor to be based in the Norwich area due to continued growth and increased workloads. 

Salary & package:

• £45,000 to £55,000 basic salary
• Car and travel allownce
• Monthly bonus scheme
• Pension
• Home based position with all electronic and surveying equipmemt provided.
• Excellent opportunities for career progression

The Residential Valuation Surveyor job role:

• You will need to be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified in addition to being a RICS Registered Valuer (VRS).
• The survey work will include RICS HomeBuyer Reports and Valuations.
• You will have the support of a bookings and administration team, surveyor management team and other qualified surveyors within the business.
