HVAC CONTRACTS MANAGER - HALIFAX

• Employ over 40 Engineers
• Recently won 50 buildings in the North off England - all multi tenanted office space

• Due to winning a new large Contract, an opportunity has arisen for an HVAC Contracts Manager to join their Northern Division and run a team of 6 x Engineers.
• The area of cover is across the North of England (Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield).
• Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
• The ideal candidate will come from a tools background and understand how to run a maintenance contract.
• The position will be suitable for a HVAC Supervisor who is looking to take a step into Contract Management, as long as they are able to carry out the above.
