Helpdesk Administrator – Essex
Hours of work: 8am – 5pm
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
THE COMPANY
- AC Company based in Essex
- Been trading now for 7 years.
- Employ a team of 5 Engineers.
- Look after some Lidl Supermarkets, Restaurants (Nando’s, Five Guys) and recently won the Poundland Contract. Areas they cover tend to be Essex & Hertfordshire with a small element of London.
THE ROLE
- First point of contact for client enquiries by email or telephone
- Prioritising and logging callouts on internal service system
- Responsible for a team of engineers,
- Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance, callouts and remedial jobs
- Providing clients with works progress
- Processing of engineering/subcontractor paperwork
- Raising purchase orders for materials and subcontractor works
- Processing of supplier/subcontractor invoices on our internal systems
- Providing quotations following on from engineering visits
- Running and processing reports, providing reports and analysing data and reporting findings and solutions to challenges to the Management Team
- Processing of Engineer Holiday forms
- Creating callout rotas for engineering team
- To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
SALARY & PACKAGE
- £25,000
- 40 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- 28 days holiday inc. Bank Holidays
