Mobile Building Services Engineer Plumbing – Peterborough – Up to £35K


 


THE CLIENT:


My client are a family run firm who are entering their 46th year of trading! With 3 divisions in the company they are continually growing from strength to strength, The 3 divisions being Electrical contracting department, Interior fit out, and Building services. They currently stand at 15 engineers strong with all of the Managers/ Directors being ex engineers.

 

THE JOB:


My client are seeking a building services plumber engineer to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repairs to building services within commercial & industrial buildings and factory environments.


 


Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm  40 hour weeks

 

• Carry out plumbing breakdowns and repairs to industry standards
• Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
• Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
• Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team.
• To undertake minor plumbing installation works.
• Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.
• Maintain the professional image of the company
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients’ representatives.

• Level 2 Plumbing Qualifications (NVQ/C&G) (ESSENTIAL)
• IPAF (MEWB 1A & 3B) (Desirable)
• PASMA (Desirable)
• Level 3 Plumbing (Desirable)
• Unvented Hot Water Cylinders (Desirable)

• £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
• Van and fuel card + Travel
• 22 + BH
• WEEKLY PAY!
• Call out rota (TBC)
• Training and progression
