Help Desk Administrator required for a busy service desk in Sevenoaks.

The Company

  • Plumbing, Drainage and Heating Services Company based in Sevenoaks
  • Established since 2008 and now employ over 80 engineers
  • Clients include domestic and commercial properties including healthcare, hospitality and care home contracts
 

Duties will include:
  • Log jobs on in house system
  • Allocating jobs to engineers
  • Adding jobs on client portal
  • Following up with engineers and suppliers for further works
  • Liaising with clients to provide reference information on works being carried out
 

The person
  • Experienced in scheduling engineers
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
 

Salary & Package
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • £20,000 - £23,000
  • 28 days holidays
