Job Title: Mobile Handyman
Location: London
Salary: Up to 33k dependant on experience


Van & Fuel Card


Benefits: Pension, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays on top
Contract type – Full time, 08:00 – 17:00; some weekend work will be required


 


We are looking for an enthusiastic, keen and experienced mobile handyman to carry out maintenance for some of our leading clients based in and around London.  The role will be a mix of working for our Servicing and Projects groups carrying out tasks such as (list is not exhausted of):


 

• Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order  
• Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes etc.  
• Minor plumbing and carpentry  
• Hanging mirrors and picture frames
• Clearing or cleaning general areas  
• Shifting furniture or equipment  
• Assembling furniture or equipment  
• Footpath maintenance  
• Painting and decorating  
• Changing filters on air conditioning systems  
• Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
• Repair windows or doors

 


 You will have min.3yrs experience working in a similar role, you will be client facing so being courteous and presentable is key.  You will be using hand held software to close off jobs and provide write-ups of which need to be legible and detailed.

Full clean driving license
