I am currently representing a excellent building service company that specialise in providing hard FM services across blue chip commercial and high end residential contracts within London and the home counties. They are currently seeking a mechanical bias multi-skilled engineer due to continuous growth within the business to join a large sized mobile maintenance team.

The engineer would ideally come from a plumbing or mechanical background and be able to work across commercial and communal plant rooms providing PPM’s, service and reactive works to a number of different mechanical units including:

• AHU’s
• Fan Coil Units
• Plumbing
• L8 water treatment
• Water heaters
• Extract fans
• Pumps / motors

They are ideally looking for a engineer based within the M25 orbital to service clients within London and home counties. There will be occasional travel outside of London which is paid at door to door travel.

Salary & Package:

• 40 – 42K basic salary
• Van & fuel card with option for private use
• 25 days holiday + bank

• 1 in 10 call out – 100 pound retainer with minimum of 4 hours per call
