Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Central London (hybrid)
Salary: £35k - £45k (dependent on experience)
A reputable, forward-thinking building services engineering consultancy is seeking motivated Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineers to join their expanding London office, which specialises in MEP and Sustainability.
These opportunities stem from a significant recruitment initiative across the company’s nationwide offices, driven by planned expansion and recent acquisitions of large-scale projects in London and the Home Counties. You will become part of a vibrant team in their brand new office, focusing on both Commercial and Residential projects.
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, within a supportive working culture that prioritises employee well-being, skill development, and career advancement.
You will receive personalised mentorship from a Principal Mechanical Engineer who has progressed through the company after joining at a similar level.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you should possess:
- Experience working on various projects throughout their entire lifecycle
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also demonstrating autonomy
- Proficiency in industry software such as IES, Hevacomp, and Revit (desirable, with training available if necessary)
- An interest in sustainability and involvement in Passivhaus projects
