M Client is a well-established Mechanical engineering company, based in Kent & Hertfordshire who have been operating or over 40 years.
They now seek a mobile mechanical engineer to join their team on a mobile basis across London and the home counties.
Key Responsibilities:
Planned Maintenance works to M&E and HVAC Plant
Maintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment on internal management system.
Be part of out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours
The ideal candidate will be experienced working on the following :
· Pumps
· Motors
· AHU’s
· Calorifiers
· Unvented Cylinders
· Expansion Vessels
· Pressurization Units
· Extract/Supply Fans
· Hot & Cold-Water Services
· General Plant Room Maintenance
· Strainers
· Valves/Actuators
· Underfloor Heating Manifolds
· Invertors
· Cold Water Storage Tanks
· CW Booster Systems
· HIU
· CIU
· TMVs
· MVHR
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Mech Qualified
Experience working in commercial plant rooms.
Experienced at fault finding
A strong communicator, able to work with a variety of clients and colleagues
