Based in Hertfordshire this building contract company are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

They work on small scale projects (Typically lasting 6-8 weeks) within healthcare, retail and nursery settings.

They are looking for a contracts manager who has worked on a similar small scale workload, has good communication skills, particularly when speaking with the client and is comfortable working on short time scaled projects across London and the home counties.

You will need to have your own vehicle.
