Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Paddington – 48K
I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a static Mechanical Maintenance / building services Engineer to work on a static site within Paddington. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients.

• up to 45 - 48K basic
• 24 days holiday + bank

THE ROLE:
Looking for a Static Mechanical Maintenance / Building Services Engineer on a high-end hotel site in Paddington. You will be carrying out PPM’s, reactive and repair work to the following:
• HVAC equipment
• Splits
• Downflow Units
• AHU’s
• FCU’s
• Fan coil units
• Extract fans
• Pumps / motors
Hours: 8 - 5 - Monday - Friday.
