Samir joined RGB Network in October 2025 and has 2.5 years’ experience in engineering recruitment. During this time, he has worked across both the US and UK markets, successfully placing senior professionals including Directors, Senior Engineers, Project Managers, and Business Development leads.

He now specialises in civil engineering recruitment across drainage, highways, and infrastructure design, with a focus on the North of the UK. Samir supports both clients and candidates, helping businesses grow their teams while connecting engineers with opportunities that align with their long-term career goals.

Outside of the office, Samir enjoys trying new food, attending festivals, and travelling, having visited destinations including Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
