Sem has been with RGB since 2014, though her experience in operations and admin spans over 11 years.   As Operations Manager, Sem enjoys the behind-the-scenes aspect of her role;  maintaining and providing an efficient and organized support system to consultants, clients and candidate.   With a deep knowledge of recruitment operations attained over the years and a calm and solution-focused outlook, Sem helps streamline processes and maintain high standards across the business.  

When not at work, Sem is always up for a good story and enjoys books, magazines, essays, listening to music, and spending time with family / friends cooking, eating and really “just living life”.
