Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer | South London (Hybrid) | £30-£45k

A building services design consultancy are looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing office in south London.

They are a company of over 20 employees with many engineers being with the company for over 5 years, which is a sign of how engineers are able to progress.

You will be joining a friendly and flexible office environment, working on various established projects across many different sectors with a talented multi-disciplinary team. They work across many projects such as Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Education, Defence, Industrial and Retail.

Requirements of Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within building services engineering
• Ideally a member of a suitable institution and aims to be a Chartered Engineer
• Experience in AutoCAD, Hevacomp and IES is desirable
• Familiar with the RIBA Plan of Work stages and the extent of size of detail required for each stage
• Have good social skills, be a strong communicator and a good co-worker
• Has some previous experience in manging a project, advised junior staff and has the attributes to progress through the business

This is an opportunity for somebody who is determined to progress to Senior level, whilst achieving a broad range of experience.
