Intermediate Electrical Engineer | London Office | Up to £50,000 per annum

As an Intermediate Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects in a stimulating, interdisciplinary design environment. Projects span various sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Historic and Leisure providing a diverse and challenging workload.

About you:

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on building services
  • Membership in CIBSE, IET, or equivalent is desired, with a commitment to achieving full membership or chartership
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey enthusiasm for building services engineering to clients and team members
  • Comprehensive industry experience, particularly in the design of building services systems, passive design techniques, and sustainable environmental solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies
  • Proficient in using front-end design tools such as Amtech and possess strong CAD and IT skills
  • Familiarity with designing within a Revit environment is advantageous, with a willingness to further develop these capabilities
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects across a range of scales and sectors
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving results, coupled with a positive outlook, resourcefulness, integrity, and a strong sense of professional ethics
