An amazing opportunity has arisen for someone to join an ever growing office in the Sheffield area. Due to growth and work load my client are looking for an additional support system within the office.

  • Contracts in south : Commercial buildings/retail/ high end residential. ( Emirates arsenal stadium)
 

THE JOB: ADMIN SUPPORT – SHEFFIELD - £22K

Duties:
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Liaise with colleagues to prioritize customer scheduling
  • Review engineer work reports
  • Data Entry / reporting / Raise PO’s
  • Cross reference various reports, extracting key data for reporting
  • Order access equipment/ materials when/ if necessary
  • Update asset registers and compliance documentation
  • Any additional tasks when required by senior colleagues
  • Monitoring Hub inbox and ensuring the relevant people are passed emails if
  • Contact Customers to confirm Engineer availability and schedule
  • Allocate Engineer work and review engineer work reports
  • Proficient user of MS Office in particular Word and Excel
 

SALARY & PACKAGE:
  • £18,000 - £21,000 Salary (Dependant on Experience & quals)
