MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER UP TO £70K - East Midlands


THE COMPANY:

My client are a building services specialist based in Derbyshire who have been in successful operation for over 100 years!! With a high staff retention rate (many staff over 20 years’ service) and a strong external work force, along with their own offices, stores and workshops.

Due to growth they are currently seeking a Mechanical Project manager to join the team overseeing some of the smaller projects as a lead. Managing projects across the Educational / Health/ Commercial offices & MOD sectors, using the office as a base.


THE JOB: MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER - Derbyshire

Working hours Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 1HR lunch

Projects value between £100K - £6 Million with works mainly being within the East midlands/ Midlands but may stretch further a field, but tends to be within 1 hr 30 of office.

You will be overseeing multiple projects at one time including site visits, and overseeing teams up to 30 engineers + sub contractors


SALARY AND PACKAGE:

• £50,000 - £70,000 (Experience & qualifications dependent)
