What you will do
As an MEP Revit Technician, you will:
- Use Revit MEP to produce coordinated and accurate technical drawings and models for mechanical, electrical and public health services
- Work across all RIBA stages, from early concept design through to technical delivery and construction
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure effective coordination between disciplines
- Contribute to model development, drawing packages and project documentation
- Support high-quality design outcomes that are both practical and aligned with the architectural vision
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the building services sector
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, with a good understanding of model setup, drawing production and coordination workflows
- Familiarity with UK building regulations and how they apply to technical design
- Experience working across various project stages, ideally with exposure to both new build and refurbishment schemes
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a team-focused working culture
