They specialise in delivering infrastructure and drainage solutions for residential and mixed-use developments, working closely with national housebuilders, regional developers, and planning consultants.
Their portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from smaller bespoke schemes to large multi-phase residential developments, with a strong emphasis on practical, cost-effective design and delivering planning approvals.

The RoleThey are looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to support the delivery of infrastructure and drainage design across a growing pipeline of development-led projects.
You’ll be working as part of a close-knit team, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to technical approvals and construction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design of highways, drainage, and external works for development projects
• Preparation of:
  • Drainage Strategies
  • Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs)
  • Levels and earthworks design
• Production of technical drawings using AutoCAD / Civil 3D
• Liaison with local authorities, water companies, and other stakeholders
• Support planning applications and approvals (S104, S38, S278)
• Assist with project delivery and coordination

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in civil engineering design (consultancy preferred)
• Exposure to infrastructure and drainage design for developments
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and drainage software (e.g. MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage)
• Understanding of UK design standards and approvals process
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
