Associate Structural Engineer

£60,000 - £68,000

With a hybrid working structure (In writing, in the contract) this company is happy for you to work 50% of the time from home and 50% in the office. The role represents the opportunity to work on complex building structures projects in London with the scope to develop your professional and business development skillset. You will be the lead engineer on multiple projects, working directly with architects and developers and managing your team to deliver the structures on time and to budget.

They have a healthy and growing workload so you can expect there to be opportunities for progression over the next 2 years.

With a diverse project portfolio you will be working with multiple challenges throughout your working week and there will be an opportunity to expand your business development skills as well your technical skills.

To be considered for the role you will be a chartered engineer experienced working as a senior engineer (Or higher) on building structures projects who is open to support and able to make design decisions on projects. You will have good communication skills and be ambitious, not just for yourself but also for your projects and their designs.
