A top end Structural Consultancy in Central Manchester have a unique opportunity for an experienced Construction professional to join their dynamic team as a Technical Support Co-Ordinator. The role is offered on a hybrid  working basis and requires you to act as the point of contact for the high end residential refurbishment and new-build projects across the North West.

Acting as the face of the company you will respond to client and builder enquiries by phone and email regarding project updates and timescales, escalating any engineering enquiries as required. This role is essential to the business maintaining good client relations.

The role requires construction experience and is not an administration role. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential to this role, along with attention to detail and site/construction knowledge. The role could suit a site manager or building control officer wishing for a change of direction in their career but all construction backgrounds will be of interest.
