BMS Service Manager
London and South East
Up to £50k basic salary depending on experience, car/car allowance, annual bonus, bespoke personal development plan, travel/business expenses, phone, laptop and company pension

The opportunity:

Owing to an internal promotion an established Controls company that I have placed with numerous times are looking to employ another BMS Service Manager to their ranks.

They are a medium sized BMS company  who manage numerous legacy mobile/static service contacts throughout London and the South East. They are a Trend Expert and Integrator in the main and operate across numerous other sites using a additional BMS systems including the likes Tridium and Delta.

They are continually growing with plans to further expand in the South East region.

 The role:

The role her as BMS Service Manager would best suit a Senior BMS Service Engineer looking for a bona fide step up or incumbent BMS Service Manager seeking a new challenge. As BMS Service Manager you will report directly into an Operations Director who will assist you with managing a team of 12 BMS Service Engineers with the smooth running of sites, remedial project works, supplier engagements and signing off to hand back to respective clients

The experience:

  • Formal training with Trend with proven site based usage.
  • Prior experience leading teams of BMS Service Engineers
  • Electrical certifications and/equivalent

Overall remuneration:
  • Up to £50k basic salary depending on experience
  • Car or car allowance
