We have once again been entrusted by our client who are a respected BMS Controls company to appoint a Service Administrator based in their Manchester based offices.
As a business, they are entering periods of sustained growth and are looking to increase their overall headcount that stands at 25 members strong with at least two key hires in the next month. They also boast incredibly low staff turnovers.
As a Service Administrator, you can enjoy a stable working environment, full ownership of your day to day assignments as well as the full backing and support from the engineering services management team.
Reporting into the Services Manager you will be part of a team whose day-to-day tasks include managing all of the documentation/reporting for the department, coordinating the diaries of engineers, liaising with customers, re-scheduling jobs, invoicing and basic stock control for service parts.
