A technology based RICS accredited surveying practice is currently recruiting for Residential Surveyors to join them on a consultancy basis.
 
The firm have very smart solutions and their client customer base are private individuals. They’re not reliant upon Banks, panel managers or insurance companies etc for work.
 
They specialise in residential valuations and surveys, with most of the work being private homebuyer reports. Most of these are without valuation. They also undertake RICS level 3 Building Surveys.
 
They’re looking for consultant Residential Surveyors throughout the UK. Area of work, type of survey work, rates etc would be negotiated on an individual basis depending on experience, qualifications etc.
 
In order to apply to this position you will need to be a qualified Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS) and have experience in carrying out Valuations or Homebuyer Reports or Building Surveys. The company is interested in speaking to Residential Surveyors who already operate on a consultancy basis in addition to Surveyors who are currently employed on a permanent basis and are looking to make the switch to a consultancy arrangement.
