Multi Trader
Coverage: within M25 Orbital
Company based in Essex
£20 - £22 per hour CIS basis

THE COMPANY:

Building and refurbishment business based in Dagenham who provide the following works to clients across London and the home counties:

• Mechanical Installations
• Building Refurbishment
• Groundworks
• M&E Maintenance
• Gas plumbing/Pipework

They provide maintenance and refurbishment on domestic and commercial buildings across the country.

THE ROLE:

M25 Orbital coverage with the occasional overnight stay should the project be out of the home counties. 

They ideally want a highly skilled Multi Trader who is comfortable mainly working on maintenance and refurbishment projects with Social Housing.

• Carpet tiles (replacing  & fitting)
• Painting and decorating
• Changing locks
• Fitting basin and all carpentry duties
• Brick work (putting up small walls within a team)
• General Build

10 – 15 Carpenters / Multi traders in their team

TO APPLY YOU MUST BE:

• Ideally you will be Skilled to City & Guilds/NVQ level in carpentry OR General NVQ in engineering; and/or have ideally 4 years’ experience as a Multi Trader
• Happy to be multi skilled and comfortable carrying out the duties above
• Willing to work away from home from time to time, project permitting
• Have experience in Social Housing properties
• Have own van and tools

THE PACKAGE:

• £20 - £22 per hour CIS basis
• No travel time
• 40 Hour working week 8 till 17.00
