Contracts Manager - Construction
Permanent
Luton based - sites across the South East
£55,000 - £65,000 

An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable regional contractor as a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of their Luton office covering construction sites across the South East. Types of works include piling, complex foundations and underpinning ranging in value from £10k to £3m. You will be involved in a multitude of projects across the region at any one time.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the MD with planning and programming
• Liaising with and managing labour, site staff, sub-contractors and supply chain
• Inititiate site start ups and liaise withy the plant department to ensure the correct plant is used
• Managing multiple sites across the region
• Responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a Contracts Manager for a small works contractor
• CFA Piling experience
• Managed multiple sites and teams
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
