Hours of work: 21.5 hours (part time)

Salary: £24,000 pro rata

My client are seeking an administrator to support the Electrical department,working with the Electrical Services Co-ordinator, and will be a part time 3 day (21.5 working hours) role. 

THE COMPANY

  • Based in Maidstone
  • 100 engineers as a company
  • There are of cover work is in Kent, West Sussex.
  • Projects are Offices, Schools, Hospitals, Industrial, Biomass Farms
  • Service, maintenance & Breakdown, also do some small split installs.

THE JOB
  • Health and safety awareness carrying out duties for self and colleagues 
  • Supporting as required in the administration of Departmental Operating Procedures from quote/raising new job, through to raising Sales Invoice
  • Liaising with Clients by email and telephone
  • Assisting in organisation of site staff workload
  • Assisting with management of engineer’s paperwork
  • Assisting with purchasing of materials/plant hire
  • Receiving deliveries and labelling for relevant engineer/job 
  • Organisation and filing of all Departmental documentation
  • Keeping testing records
  • Organise servicing/repairs of engineer’s vehicles
  • Assist in arranging training for engineers
  • Assist with checking timesheets for correct completion of all data required
  • Keep contractor cards up to date
  • Assist with loading and planning jobs on Vixen Engineer’s Diary
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time
SALARY & PACKAGE
  • £24,000 pro rata to 21.5 hours
  • 25 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays
  • Pension
