Structural Engineer - Associate Director 
Permanent
Central London - London Bridge
£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

With a direct career progression to Technical Director this is a role that will suit an ambitious, technically focused Senior Engineer looking to make a progressive step or an associate director whose growth is stunted.

You will be joining a high performing building structures team who are making this strategic hire due to planned growth and business development. You will be exposed to high spec projects ranging in value from £10m to £90m, both new build and refurbishment. The team you will be leading consists of 2 Chartered engineers, 3 project engineers 2 graduates and 2 Revit technicians.

The role is to oversee the delivery of the projects, managing resources and liaising with all significant stakeholders. You will be part of a high performing Senior management team and will be involved in business shaping decisions and your progression within the practice will be clearly defined and regularly reviewed.

You will be comfortable leading teams of structural professionals, providing advice and guidance to the team and happy making design decisions and ensuring effective delivery. You will be happy to manage your own diary (Full hybrid working is the norm) and will understand the interdependence between the engineering disciplines.
