An outstanding opportunity for a well-connected, but frustrated, Building Structures director is available with this top end structural consultancy in Central London. You will be joining a growing, ambitious and well-resourced consultancy and will be playing a leading role in the development of the business over the coming years.

They are currently a 42 strong Civil/Structural consultancy with an impressive and diverse project portfolio. With a reputation for an excellent employee experience, they attract and retain outstanding structural professionals so their project delivery is sought after by their multitude of clients. They are an award winning consultancy with a project portfolio ranging from £30m to £100m, new build and refurbishment focused projects, both in the UK and overseas.

With a dynamic senior management team this is a role for an ambitious, established director (Or Senior Associate) level professional. You will be experienced guiding project teams on a similar project portfolio, attending meetings, conferences and networking events representing the company and have a proven ability to deliver projects across a multitude of arenas.

Alongside your technical and managerial skills you will be required to have access to an established network of clients, architects and developers in order to be able to generate revenue. You will not be required to deliver 100% of your workload as they are busy with connections of their own, however it is to be noted that fee generation, and the proven ability to do so, is central to this role.
