THE COMPANY

  • AC & Chiller Specialist based in Watford
  • 30-40 Engineers within the service & maintenance division. 
  • Their work is London & Home Counties predominantly. But they also have work in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Birmingham and down to Sussex.
  • They have a wide variety of work which ranges from airports, schools, multi tenanted commercial office space, government buildings and retail.
 
THE JOB – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

 Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to ensure an efficient and effective service to clients in-line with their requirements.
  • Manage, organise, and update relevant data including electronic planner with project managers
  • Follow up calls and communicate with clients to keep them informed of progress.
  • Manage client portals
  • Act as a direct interface between engineers , sub-contractor, and the Project Manager – help manage and co-ordinate the organisation of engineers and sub-contractors as required.
  • Organise job board – assist with labour allocation and planning of service work – and up-date as necessary.
  • Log jobs on simpro data base and assist with worksheets/closure of jobs and preparation for invoicing.
  • Deal with customer enquiries & feed-back regularly.
  • Be responsible for the management of sites details on database
  • Assist in preparation of minor quotations as required.
  • Assist with the ordering of materials as required from suppliers and tracking/chasing of orders.
 
 
SALARY & PACKAGE

  • £25,000
  • 3 months probation
  • 20 days & 8 Bank Holidays
